Competition Rules

THE SWANSEA STANDARD / RED BRAND MEDIA COMPETITION RULES

 

  1. No employees or volunteers of The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd or any company associated with a particular competition, promotion or game, or any member of their close family may enter.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, all entries must be made using the entry form(s) (if required) or by following details shown online on The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media. No photocopies of any entry forms will be accepted.
  3. Prizes are as stated and no alternatives, cash or otherwise, are available.
  4. All entries must be received by the closing date as stated by The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd.
  5. The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by any prizes won.
  6. Publicity may be given to any competition winners and/or entrants and their names and/or photographs printed or published online by The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd.
  7. The determination and decision of the Directors of The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd on all matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Directors of The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd reserve the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify any entry competitors or nominee, add to, or write any rules, or to cancel the whole or part of any competition, game or promotion at any stage without prior notification.
  8. In the event of more than one correct entry being received, the Directors of The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd decision on the breaker questions will decide the winner(s) of any competition, game or promotion.
  9. Where Directors of The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd offers prizes on behalf of an associated company, these associated companies provide these prizes in their entirety. Directors of The Swansea Standard / Red Brand Media Ltd cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide prizes as specified and all enquiries in reference to such prizes will be referred to the associated companies.
  10. Any closing date for entries and/or rules of play which are published as part of any competition, game or promotion form part of the rules of entry for that competition, promotion or game.
  11. Winners details will only be passed to the company associated with a competition, game or promotion for prize distribution purposes.
  12. No purchase necessary.
  13. Data Protection Act 1998. Under our obligations to you, your data will only be used for administration of the competition and not retained longer than necessary.
