Swansea-based organisation Neurokind Inclusion CIC has launched a campaign within the local community to empower neurodivergent minds to grow in confidence, wellbeing, and opportunity through accessible, affirming, communityled support.

NeuroKind is delivering a 12month Grow to Glow programme designed to support neurodivergent adults to build confidence, wellbeing, and community connection. Across the year, participants will take part in accessible, sensorysafe workshops, creative activities, peer support sessions, and practical lifeskills development. Sessions will run weekly in Swansea, with both quiet and lowdemand spaces available to ensure everyone can take part comfortably.

Full accessibility information, session dates, and venue details will be shared with participants in advance, including sensory notes, transport guidance, and clear visual schedules.

Neurokind Inclusion CIC is one of many organisations that has been supported by The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest funder of community activity in the UK, to deliver vital work tackling climate change.

“After eight years studying neurodiversity and supporting people into meaningful employment, I saw firsthand how many neurodivergent adults were being left without the tailored, affirming support they deserve. That’s why I created NeuroKind — to build a community where neurodivergent minds are understood, valued, and empowered to thrive. When you understand minds, you unlock so much potential. Thanks to National Lottery players, our 12month Grow to Glow programme can now reach even more people, offering safe, strengthsbased spaces where confidence, wellbeing, and opportunity can grow.”
