Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking celebrates one year since their re-brand, to better showcase their many years of local expertise and community commitment.

Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking is proud to mark its first anniversary since rebranding several of their offices, strengthening our promise to serve as your trusted local insurance partner. Over the past year, our dedicated team has leveraged deep local knowledge and community roots to deliver tailored solutions and meaningful support to families, farms, and businesses across the South West of England and Wales.

Rooted in local knowledge, driven by community

As a community-focused broker, we understand the unique needs of our neighbours – from local farmers and small businesses to families and organisations. Our team’s extensive experience in the area enables us to provide expert advice grounded in the realities of our local landscape.

Community initiatives and local impact

Our commitment extends beyond insurance solutions. Over the past year, we’ve actively contributed to local causes and events, including:

Donating £6,000 to Hands Up For Down’s after a successful charity day we co-hosted, supporting families in our community.

Transforming our Swansea office into a festive Santa’s Grotto in partnership with Faith in Families and The National Autistic Society, bringing joy to local families.

Participating in the Ansvar charity football match supporting Esteem and taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for The 4N;cky Foundation, demonstrating our team’s dedication to local causes.

Engaging with local events

Over the last year our team attended and sponsored regional events such as Business Fest SW, West Country Farm Machinery Show, AgriFest, Holsworthy & Stratton Agricultural Show, Mid Devon Show, and the Field of Dreams Car Show – strengthening our ties and understanding of the local community’s needs.

Innovating with local focus

In August last year, we launched a dedicated Agricultural Insurance website, reflecting our longstanding expertise in supporting local farmers. We also introduced Private Medical Insurance (PMI) tailored for individuals and businesses in the area, complemented by webinars on PMI and Cyber Insurance to keep our community informed and protected.

Supporting local causes at scale

As part of the Benefact Group, Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking is proud to be the third-largest corporate donor in the UK, having contributed over £250 million to charities since 2014. This commitment to giving back underscores our pledge to support local causes and make a lasting impact in our community.

Looking ahead

We are excited to continue providing expert, locally informed insurance solutions and community support. We would like to thank our clients for trusting us to serve them.
